Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with production and I&PD teams to ensure sites have sufficient resources and capacity to deliver on time and to spec.
  • •Oversee pre-production, SOVD phases, and handover of mass production-ready processes to Production.
  • •Drive production excellence by improving processes, incorporating new technologies, and reducing production costs while maintaining quality.
  • •Collaborate with Quality, FM, Production, and Supply chain to share best practices and resolve issues quickly.
  • •Lead strategic initiatives for continuous improvement and develop a productivity roadmap with KPI targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Top-tier manufacturing leadership experience in a jewelry/precision production environment (focus on process improvement, cost control, and speed to market).
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between center and local production teams and stakeholders.
  • •Experience implementing digital manufacturing capabilities and best practices to elevate production performance.
  • •Strong program and project management skills with ability to drive KPI targets and roadmap development.
  • •Demonstrated capability to manage resources, budgets, and supplier/production partners to meet deadlines.
