Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical reviews of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and as-builts for compliance with contract drawings and codes/standards.
  • •Plan, assign, and oversee daily inspections and surveillance, managing NCRs/CARs and closeouts.
  • •Supervise installation of LV/MV/HV distribution, substations/switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, earthing/grounding, lightning protection, lighting, small power, and ELV systems.
  • •Lead FAT/SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and integrated systems testing; approve procedures and verify test records.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and authorities for NOCs, permits, inspections, and energization approvals through handover readiness (O&M manuals, asset registers, training, spares, warranties, final as-builts).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSc/BEng) from an accredited institution.
  • •15+ years’ experience in electrical engineering, including at least 5 years in construction supervision consultancy and 2–3 years in a lead/management role.
  • •Proven delivery on medium to large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of relevant codes/standards (IEC/IEEE/NEC/BS) and local authority requirements.
  • •Demonstrated experience with testing, commissioning, and utility/authority energization processes.
