Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for developers using DevTools like GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and Artifactory; troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues quickly to reduce downtime.
  • •Maintain and optimize CI-CD pipelines and integrations to improve reliability and scalability.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain systems for high availability, scalability, and performance; develop and maintain observability (metrics, logging, tracing).
  • •Monitor applications proactively and respond to incidents; participate in on-call rotations and drive root cause analysis.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to identify reliability risks, document playbooks/troubleshooting guides, and advocate automation and self-service to reduce operational overhead.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of relevant work experience (IT, CS, or related) plus 3+ years working in IT operations/delivery.
  • •3–8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and/or DevTools support roles.
  • •Beginner-level programming and/or scripting in 2+ of: Python, Java, Go, PowerShell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Chef, Cloud Formation.
  • •Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows and good understanding of distributed computing environments.
  • •Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, ArgoCD, Artifactory, Azure DevOps) and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Sentry).
