•Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
•Assist in store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Partner with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and share that knowledge with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and input information into computer/register screens.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and remain on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
