  • •Conduct due diligence and maintain an inventory of land conditions across APAC for industrial and commercial uses
  • •Conduct due diligence and maintain land permitting process knowledge across APAC
  • •Co-formulate data center site selection strategy
  • •Engage with land regulators by working closely with regional public policy leads to build relationships
  • •Lead and structure land deals and agreements with government, industrial park developers, land owners, and consultants

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any Engineering discipline
  • •At least 5 years of relevant working experience
