Job Summary

Lead shift production operations to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals. Provide hands-on leadership to manage people, equipment, and materials in line with policies and customer requirements, oversee daily production and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Use production dashboards and SAP to analyze performance, troubleshoot equipment/material issues with partner teams, drive continuous improvement, and conduct performance reviews and employee training.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a safety leader and support EHS programs, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement activities.
•Oversee daily production and production schedules to ensure production goals are achieved.
•Monitor product conformance to specifications and investigate/report when production standards are not met.
•Analyze production information using the production dashboard and SAP to drive efficiency and improvements.
•Supervise employees, manage timecards/time-off for payroll coverage, enforce disciplinary processes, and conduct performance reviews.

Key Requirements
