Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client-centered financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs, gathering/documenting information, and delivering investment and insurance solutions.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Build and maintain referral pipelines by identifying and developing internal/external centers of influence and using a disciplined prospecting approach.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, support branch operations and teller transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word, Excel).
