Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize the SDLC by reducing CI flakiness and improving build insights to enable automated golden paths.
  • •Drive product maturity through toolset assessment, executing deprecations, and defining adoption paths and value propositions.
  • •Partner with IDP engineering to bridge generic AI models with Adyen’s architecture, prioritizing AGENTS.md standards, internal RAG pipelines, and MCP servers for GitLab and Jira tools.
  • •Build developer autonomy by creating “LEGO-block” abstractions that let teams own pipelines and release cycles while maintaining secure, compliant guardrails.
  • •Validate ROI by implementing data-driven feedback loops to track adoption and measure improvements using DXI, Change Failure Rate, and developer velocity.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product experience, ideally in Platform Engineering, Developer Experience (DevEx), or AI-enabled technical products.
  • •Technically credible ability to discuss system architecture, CI/CD pipeline constraints, and governance vs. team autonomy.
  • •Mastery of change management to influence developer habits and drive adoption in opinionated technical environments.
  • •Data-driven approach translating developer feedback and usage/system data into clear impact metrics.
  • •Ability to thrive in ambiguity: execute quickly without perfect information and adapt rapidly.
