  • •Uphold the nursing profession’s reputation and act as a positive role model for nursing and support staff.
  • •Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programmes of care under indirect supervision of senior nursing staff.
  • •Comply with UAE Code of Conduct, Scope of Practice, and licensure requirements; perform only tasks trained and competent to undertake.
  • •Delegate tasks only to trained, skilled, and competent team members; seek expert or senior nursing support when care demands fall outside capabilities.
  • •Assist in updating clinical policies and guidelines, contribute to colleagues’ professional development, and ensure timely re-licensure management.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse with the qualifications/experience mandated by the relevant UAE regulator.
  • •Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
  • •Hold a post-graduate specialist qualification (diploma, degree, or masters) in the specialty, and complete the relevant competencies in the specialist field.
  • •Have previous experience within the specialist field, and have insight into own and others’ behaviour.
  • •Be willing and able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written) and Arabic.
