Job Summary

Design intuitive, elegant, high-performing interfaces for BJAK’s AI and financial products. You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, while building experiences across insurance, payments, claims, and investments. Maintain and evolve the design system, iterate using feedback and usability testing, and ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and pixel-perfect implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
•Convert product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
•Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
•Maintain and evolve BJAK’s design system for consistency across products.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation and iterate using feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years designing digital products with a strong focus on mobile applications.
•Strong portfolio showing visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
•Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, iOS & Android guidelines, and responsive layouts.
•Good UX understanding including information architecture and user-centred design.
