Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customer performance data and industry benchmarks and provide insights and recommendations to multiple teams.
•Develop, enhance, and manage KPI dashboards and ensure complex data is visualized effectively for strategic decisions.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and design standardized reports, dashboards, and scorecards aligned to organizational goals.
•Improve data quality and reporting accuracy by partnering with data management and IT teams to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
•Develop and continuously improve technical documentation, translating product and service information into manuals, service instructions, knowledge articles, and training materials.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or vocational education in Data Science, IT, Business Administration, Healthcare, or equivalent.
•Either no prior experience required with a Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of experience with vocational education in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics, Healthcare, or Medical Device industry.
•Use data analytics to analyze customer and operational performance and deliver actionable insights.
•Collaborate with data management and IT teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
•Create and update technical documentation and translate information into user-friendly manuals and knowledge articles.
