  • •Assemble and stack/band cable tray ladders using bolts, screws, hand tools, clips, and fastening devices.

  • •Support facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives, maintaining 5-S and visual management tools such as layered audits and OEE boards.

  • •Able to stand continuously during the shift and perform fine repetitive hand manipulation.
  • •Handle materials up to 50 pounds (with assistance), including lifting 50 pounds without assistance regularly.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise and examine/measure workpieces for defects and conformance.
  • •Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) per company policy and procedure.
  • •Read blueprints and shop orders; welding ability/knowledge and welding demonstration are preferred.
