Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end IT project delivery for card and payment initiatives, ensuring success against agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, and governance standards.
  • •Coordinate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, card schemes, compliance teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, issue/dependency handling, escalations, and change requests.
  • •Maintain structured governance practices including documentation, reporting, escalation processes, and change control.
  • •Ensure project closure with appropriate reporting and governance compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of IT project management experience, ideally in banking/financial services and cards/payments/digital banking.
  • •PMP certification required or strongly preferred.
  • •Proven end-to-end delivery experience: planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and project closure.
  • •Experience in structured governance with strong documentation, reporting, escalation, and change control practices.
