  • •Lead special projects and initiatives in safety, certification, and performance, and address program issues directed by engineering leadership.
  • •Develop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, and monitor/respond to technical developments across the customer introduction program lifecycle.
  • •Manage risks and opportunities and support cross-functional and cross-Integrated Product Team issues to resolve complex problems.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical integration, certification, and project management to deliver airplanes, return airplanes into service, and sustain delivery/production.
  • •Conduct detailed investigations to ensure system integration and compliance, and communicate with internal/external customers, regulators, and suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •14+ years performing complex engineering or system integration work.
  • •9+ years leading and/or managing complex projects.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology/Computer Science/Data Science/Math/Physics/Chemistry (or non-US equivalent directly related).
  • •Experience with aircraft design and/or analysis in Airframe, Flight Sciences, Mission Systems, Propulsion, or Systems, and working with certification and FAA regulations.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
