Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data to build and continuously improve novel ML systems, integrations, and performance optimizations.
  • •Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, operations, and data scientists to refine AI/ML requirements and quantify business impact.
  • •Partner with trust defense and platform teams to respond to evolving fraud attack landscapes.
  • •Productionize and operate AI/ML solution pipelines at scale for both batch and real-time use cases.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow an enthusiastic, collaborative AI/ML culture within the organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 4,500,000 - 6,500,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of industry experience in backend/platform engineering (or equivalent), preferably with BE/B.Tech in CS (or equivalent); applied ML experience is a plus.
  • •Strong programming skills (Python/Java or equivalent) plus DSA and solid data engineering foundations.
  • •Practical understanding of ML best practices (e.g., training/serving skew minimization, A/B testing, feature engineering and selection) and algorithms (e.g., GBDTs, neural networks/deep learning, optimization).
  • •Experience with 3+ of: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark, orchestration (Airflow/Kubeflow), and streaming/processing (Kafka/Spark/Ray), plus data warehouses (e.g., Hive).
  • •Experience building observability for AI systems (metrics/logging/traces) with automated alerting, dashboards, and SLO management.
