Food Service Worker

Prepare, plate, and serve meals in a large industrial detention center kitchen under supervision. Measure and assemble routine menu items (e.g., sandwiches), pack sack lunches, and deliver meals to detainee housing units, including driving a box truck. Maintain food storage for dry, cold, and freezer items, wash dishes and food-prep equipment, and keep dining and kitchen areas—including grease traps, hoods, and storage areas—clean and sanitized.
