Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with test specialists and clients to establish optimum instrumentation setups for radar, electro-optical tracking, and telemetry tests.
  • •Define and validate setups for flight termination systems in air tests and develop equipment location plans to ensure complete data capture.
  • •Produce detailed test procedures for technicians, supervise instrumentation technicians during test execution, and lead development of test reports and formatted captured data.
  • •Oversee real-time monitoring of radar, EO, and telemetry feeds to ensure system performance, data integrity, and support simultaneous/multi-domain test campaigns.
  • •Ensure remote sensing equipment is calibrated, maintained, and validated end-to-end prior to tests; manage data acquisition compatibility and establish data-quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience in radar systems, telemetry, and test instrumentation, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • •Strong expertise in tracking radars, electro-optical systems, telemetry systems, and flight termination systems.
  • •Proven ability to design test setups, procedures, and data capture strategies in complex test environments.
  • •Knowledge of equipment calibration, maintenance, and system lifecycle management.
