Job Summary

Maintain venue readiness by inspecting, repairing, and replacing seating, restroom fixtures, and other facility components. Perform carpentry, painting, drywall patching, and basic electrical repairs, while tracking parts, tools, and maintenance records. Execute preventive maintenance and respond to urgent repairs during or between events, coordinating with event managers, custodial staff, and contractors to keep operations safe and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, repair, and replace venue seating and restroom fixtures, including toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, and flush mechanisms.
•Perform facility repairs such as carpentry, painting, and drywall patching/finishing.
•Handle basic electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, outlets) and troubleshoot minor wiring issues.
•Maintain organized inventory of repair parts, tools, and supplies, and keep accurate records of repairs and recurring issues.
•Perform preventive maintenance and respond to urgent repairs during or between events, including set up/break down of event-related equipment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in facility, building, or venue maintenance (or equivalent hands-on skills).
•Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
•Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly under pressure.
•Comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays as repair schedules require.
•Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces when needed.
