•Engage customers proactively 90–120 days before expiry to protect revenue and reduce churn.
•Deliver outbound activity (phone, email) and participate in cadence-driven outreach to partners and end users.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years in renewals, sales, or account management (SaaS preferred).
•Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business across Commercial, Midmarket, and Enterprise segments.
•Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools; Salesforce experience required.
