Key Responsibilities

•Lead the overall project management to ensure quality, cost, safety, statutory compliance, environmental standards and scheduling requirements are met.
•Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with objectives.
•Update and maintain master and short-term programmes (weekly plans, look-ahead schedules) and communicate progress to stakeholders.
•Monitor progress and quality on-site, ensuring safety standards and compliance across activities.
•Manage procurement for consultants, including drafting scopes, evaluating bids and negotiating contracts.

Key Requirements

•>5 years project management experience and in a leading role.
•Bilingual – good command in spoken and written Japanese and English.
•Thorough understanding of the full project life cycle from conception to post-project review.
•Excellent knowledge of core project management concepts, tools and techniques.
•Experience leading PM commissions for medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
