Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the overall project management to ensure quality, cost, safety, statutory compliance, environmental standards and scheduling requirements are met.
  • •Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with objectives.
  • •Update and maintain master and short-term programmes (weekly plans, look-ahead schedules) and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • •Monitor progress and quality on-site, ensuring safety standards and compliance across activities.
  • •Manage procurement for consultants, including drafting scopes, evaluating bids and negotiating contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •>5 years project management experience and in a leading role.
  • •Bilingual – good command in spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • •Thorough understanding of the full project life cycle from conception to post-project review.
  • •Excellent knowledge of core project management concepts, tools and techniques.
  • •Experience leading PM commissions for medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
