Key Responsibilities

•Identify revenue opportunities and prospective clients in assigned territories using meetings, calls, marketing programs, and other activities.
•Conduct face-to-face prospect meetings to identify contacts, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales pipeline.
•Perform suspect identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis; respond to information requests and deliver online presentations.
•Close additional product and/or service sales with existing clients and manage client relationships and expectations throughout the sales cycle.
•Maintain prospect/client records and call notes in Salesforce.com, and prepare timely reports to keep management informed.

Key Requirements

•Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry.
•Effective listening and communication skills to establish long-lasting customer relationships.
•Advanced problem-solving ability and sound judgment to resolve issues quickly within defined procedures.
•Works on moderate-scope problems requiring analysis of situations or data and builds productive internal/external working relationships.
•Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment (bonus).
