Drive customer adoption of core use cases at scale by building scalable implementation and enablement processes, developing deep product expertise across the platform, and auditing agent prompts and configurations to close gaps. Track adoption metrics with Revenue Operations to develop data-driven playbooks, and partner with Account Management and CX on regional workshops and webinars. Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey.
