Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct day-to-day management for closing department staff, including attendance, training, hiring, recruiting, and performance reviews.
  • •Interface with title companies, clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and mortgage lenders to ensure successful closings.
  • •Elevate customer service by overseeing mortgage loan closings and maintaining the ROC closing pipeline.
  • •Follow underwriting guidelines and federal/state regulations to ensure quality control and accurate loan files, settlement statements, and closing documents.
  • •Participate in ROC Leadership Team activities and support team development through leadership, communication, and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •5 years of mortgage closing experience.
  • •Operations management experience.
  • •Understanding of lending industry trends and mortgage products including FHA, USDA, and Conventional.
  • •Strong communication, supervision, math, customer service, and organizational skills.
