Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand business drivers and align sourcing activity with Visa strategy, CEMEA sourcing priorities, and functional objectives.
  • •Support development and execution of category strategies for Services categories.
  • •Plan and prioritize RFx activity to deliver key opportunities across business need, savings, and risk mitigation.
  • •Build and manage sourcing pipeline plans for new requirements and renewals.
  • •Collaborate across stakeholders and share knowledge with the wider Sourcing team.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • •CIPS or CPSM qualification preferred.
  • •8+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, including 4-5 years in indirect or non-IT procurement.
  • •3+ years of strong experience in Professional Services and HR/People Services sourcing.
  • •Experience using spend analytics tools and hands-on RFx/tender processes (preferably through Ariba).
