Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead initiatives to create and optimize after-market spare parts for capital products and develop alternative solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • •Prepare IQ templates and support effective capital division operations and streamlined product integration.
  • •Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering department, and develop/refine R&D processes aligned to strategic objectives.
  • •Engage in capital projects and PSD development initiatives to improve product reliability and serviceability.
  • •Coordinate technical guidance to CMTEC India, approve PSD-related change notices, analyze sub-supplier components for spare parts breakdowns, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to define spare parts levels and kits.
