Sr. Private Bank Client Relations Manager (Residential Lending)

Serve as an extension of the Private Bank Relationship Manager for ultra-high-net-worth clients, driving new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Own the residential lending client experience from discovery and mortgage prequalification through underwriting, closing, and post-close servicing. Provide mortgage guidance, perform borrower financial analysis and credit/deal support, partner with internal teams to advance approvals, and mentor junior colleagues to deliver white-glove service.
