Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates across a large, multi-building campus during design and construction phases.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and executive summaries to support program-wide decision making.
  • •Coordinate cost data validation across designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple workstreams.
  • •Lead procurement support (pricing reviews, scope validation, and commercial negotiations), manage final accounts, and drive timely agreements.
  • •Oversee change-management workflow and maintain rigorous cost-control systems (commitments, variances, trends), including cost-risk analysis and value engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7+ years of cost management or project controls experience on medium- to large-scale construction programs.
  • •Experience supporting mission-critical data center, industrial, or large campus-scale developments.
  • •Advanced competency in budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost-control systems (EVM beneficial).
  • •Proven ability to manage full change-management processes on major projects.
