Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the monthly forecasting and variance analysis cycle for assigned SG&A function(s), providing explanations of performance versus plan.
  • •Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reclassifications, and coordinate with Accounting.
  • •Build and maintain reporting that provides continuous visibility into cost structure for functional leaders.
  • •Develop and embed internal and external KPIs into recurring business reviews for assigned function(s).
  • •Support annual operating plan and long-range planning, partnering with leaders to identify cost drivers, risks, opportunities, and pressure-test assumptions.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • •Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a corporate environment.
  • •Ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
  • •Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built, including experience with ERP/financial planning tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, or Foundry.
