Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide HR guidance to clients on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes with legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings and negotiations related to separations, settlements, and workforce reduction consultations.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate employee records under privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns, coordinating investigations/resources, and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
