Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior subject matter expert for file connectivity solutions and client connectivity lifecycle management, including Sterling File Gateway (SFG), SFTP, and related transmission technologies.
  • •Lead complex client onboarding engagements and oversee lifecycle activities for existing production transmissions, including enhancements, changes, migrations, maintenance, and optimization.
  • •Analyze client requirements and recommend secure, scalable connectivity solutions, implementation approaches, and operational best practices.
  • •Act as the primary escalation point for complex connectivity issues, production incidents, and client-impacting events, providing troubleshooting and resolution.
  • •Develop and improve connectivity standards, procedures, implementation guidelines, workflows, and client-facing documentation; drive process improvement and operational metrics reporting.
