Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the senior subject matter expert for file connectivity solutions and client connectivity lifecycle management, including Sterling File Gateway (SFG), SFTP, and related transmission technologies.
•Lead complex client onboarding engagements and oversee lifecycle activities for existing production transmissions, including enhancements, changes, migrations, maintenance, and optimization.
•Analyze client requirements and recommend secure, scalable connectivity solutions, implementation approaches, and operational best practices.
•Act as the primary escalation point for complex connectivity issues, production incidents, and client-impacting events, providing troubleshooting and resolution.
•Develop and improve connectivity standards, procedures, implementation guidelines, workflows, and client-facing documentation; drive process improvement and operational metrics reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 119,765 - 140,900 annually
