Key Responsibilities

  • •Support HR onboarding processes for full-time hourly and contingent labor, including postings, job offers, and background checks.
  • •Facilitate onboarding tasks such as new hire orientation, completing I-9s, and new hire forms.
  • •Partner with agencies on tracking temp employee hours and conversions, and assist employees with benefit enrollment and changes.
  • •Provide general HR support by maintaining employee records and supporting employees with access to the Employee Center and First Up.
  • •Perform general office duties and help coordinate onsite customer visits and employee engagement/community outreach activities.
