Job Summary

Lead product management for the PSD parts and services division, helping maximize customer share and product line sales for the LHD product line across Australia. Own product-line improvements, sales campaigns, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Service departments. Partner with Inventory and Planning to support forecasting, critical parts availability, and stocking levels, while managing quotations, ordering, profitability, and care agreement proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify potential improvements to machine models and decide whether changes should be designed/implemented locally or globally.
•Develop sales campaigns to support increased product sales using product knowledge and industry/business feedback.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Service departments) to maintain positive product-line performance.
•Work with Inventory and Planning to support healthy stock levels and provide insight on parts forecasting trends.
•Manage product-line stocking and commercial activities, including critical parts lists, CES requests, quotes and ordering, pricing inputs, profitability reviews, and care agreement proposals.

•Think strategically to build long-term customer relationships and establish plans for the product line.
•Lead change management and provide vision-driven direction for parts and services improvements.
•Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Service departments to ensure the product line performs positively.
•Develop sales campaigns using product knowledge and feedback from the business and industry.
•Manage parts forecasting, critical stocking availability, and stocking plans for new machine model introductions.
