Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the physical workspace is fully operational with efficient processes, handling problems with minimal supervision.
  • •Act as a liaison between Wisers and the Workplace team, gathering feedback and running surveys to improve workplace experience.
  • •Support compliance with Japanese Industrial Safety and Health Act (ISHA) and local Labor Standards Inspection Office requirements.
  • •Coordinate statutory health and safety activities, including the monthly Health and Safety Committee, occupational physician consultations, annual health examinations, and the annual Stress Check Program with data privacy.
  • •Support workplace safety through inspections, budget-aware project execution, and taking ownership of smaller end-to-end projects and ad-hoc initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: JPY 6,000,000 - 7,100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Class-1 or Class-2 Health Supervisor's License
  • •Experience in Workplace or Facilities Management
  • •Demonstrable financial and data literacy experience, including budget management
