Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and opportunities to improve.
  • •Engage the team with coaching, development, performance management, and clear expectations for goals and measures.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory, and lead decisions to repair or reject based on estimated cost and overall vehicle quality.
  • •Train production associates on Quality Control standards and lead first-time completion of repairs to minimize re-checks, delays, and re-work.
