Global Director, People Technology

Lead the global People Technology function, owning the strategy, operating model, delivery, stability, and performance of the People technology landscape. Own the end-to-end Workday-centered environment, including functional development, integrations, programme delivery, and AI enablement. Ensure business-critical workforce technology—time tracking, absence, and time clocking—supports reliable execution across distribution centres while partnering with People, Technology, and Operations leaders to deliver an executable technology roadmap and governance for responsible AI adoption.
