Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials in line with manufacturing requirements.
  • •Provide timely forecasts to vendors, monitor supplier delivery performance, and support action plans to keep supplier performance at target levels.
  • •Review safety stocks, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lot sizes, and keep inventory levels at predetermined targets.
  • •Action MRP suggested purchases daily and review MRP exception alerts to buy orders forward or push them out as required.
  • •Review supplier delivery confirmations and inbound overdue items to support timely follow-up and adjust planning/production as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain/Finance (or related) is preferred.
  • •Solid understanding of basic supply chain theory with hands-on inventory or material planning experience.
  • •Intermediate to advanced ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
  • •Strong business understanding and insight.
  • •Ability to review and act on MRP suggested purchases, exceptions, and supplier delivery confirmations.
