Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage functional maintenance teams during scheduled and unscheduled checks following aircraft delivery.
  • •Allocate technical resources, tooling, and manpower to meet operational deadlines without compromising safety.
  • •Serve as primary mentor for junior engineers, providing high-level technical guidance and sign-off.
  • •Develop, implement, and audit maintenance policies to ensure compliance with aviation authorities (e.g., TCCA, FAA, EASA).
  • •Act as AMO SMS Officer, administer and promote the daily operation of the Safety Management System and lead advanced root cause analysis for complex anomalies.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience across multiple environments (airlines operation, heavy/line maintenance, maintenance planning, major repairs).
  • •Experience supervising within an Approved Maintenance Organization.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR 571, 573, 706); CAR 561 knowledge is an asset.
  • •Knowledge of EASA, FAA and other regulatory authorities.
  • •Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M2).
