Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, operate, and maintain assigned systems during satellite support, test, and maintenance activities.
  • •Initiate, direct, and verify completion of operational events during acquisition, tracking, and commanding functions.
  • •Perform Senior Contract Representative (SCR) duties as required and maintain cognizance of station equipment status.
  • •Perform COMSEC duties as required and assist with repairs and alignment of equipment IAW TOs/TMs or commercial manuals.
  • •Maintain vehicle folders; prepare daily activity logs in electronic systems; perform required systems administration; assist with preventive maintenance inspections and on-the-job training as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Active SECRET security clearance (or higher).
  • •Must be a US Citizen.
  • •Minimum High School/GED.
  • •Must be able to climb high ladders and work on elevated platforms/antennas, including strenuous physical work.
  • •Be able to read, write, and clearly speak English and operate electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, signal generators, power meters, data analyzers).
