Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision over a 1–2 year horizon.
  • •Develop HR plans and programs to ensure effective utilization of HR.
  • •Influence team member behavior to promote safety and HR principles, identifying and correcting risk patterns in EEO and AA.
  • •Provide coaching to support leadership development and decision-making to drive performance and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to adapt communication across all organizational levels.
