Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate and assess proposed solutions against customer requirements, SOW/licensing/hardware specs, and implementation effort; conduct technical discovery workshops and infrastructure assessments.
  • •Implement, configure, and support print management solutions (e.g., uniFLOW/uniFLOW Online/PaperCut) including secure printing, mobile printing, authentication, reporting/auditing, and fleet optimization.
  • •Install, configure, and support document management/enterprise content management solutions (capture/scanning/OCR/IDP, workflow automation, archiving, digital signatures, forms/templates, and ERP/HRMS/CRM integrations).
  • •Deliver project work end-to-end: requirements gathering, scope/timelines, system testing/UAT, demonstrations/sign-off, administrator and end-user training, and go-live support.
  • •Provide remote and onsite service support, escalate complex issues, update documentation, troubleshoot issues (printing/scanning/OCR/workflows/authentication/integrations), and perform health checks and performance optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent).
  • •5+ years in a related IT position (consulting experience a plus).
  • •Experience implementing and supporting enterprise software solutions in customer environments.
  • •Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022 and later) and related administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, LDAP/authentication).
  • •Experience with print management and document/content management solutions, plus networking troubleshooting (TCP/IP, SMTP, SSL/TLS, SNMP) and SQL Server administration.
