Job Summary

Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy for Fortinet’s Public Sector customers. Design and deliver security solutions based on customer requirements and environments, including proposal, demos, presentations, RFP/RFI support, and POC demonstrations. Support solution offerings end-to-end, and provide professional services and training to channels and distributors. Serve as a trusted partner translating enterprise needs into networking and security deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
•Propose and deliver security solution design and implementation based on customer requirements.
•Execute presales activities including proposals, demos, and presentations.
•Prepare tender documents and participate in RFPs, RFIs, and POC demonstrations.
•Deliver professional services and training for channels and distributors.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in network security or application security.
•Experience handling big enterprise accounts, lab setup, and proof-of-concept (POC).
•Strong knowledge of networking/security solutions including Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewall, SD-WAN, Sandboxing, and UEBA.
•Experience with cloud deployment such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, or Google Cloud.
•Knowledge of SDN, orchestration, or multi-vendor integrated deployment, plus hacking techniques (exploit simulation or penetration testing) and excellent communication/presentation skills.
