•Drive Technical Vision: Own end-to-end technical decisions, balancing modular platform design with long-term scalability and flexibility.
•Lead & Mentor: Supervise and review the work of a distributed full-stack team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and shared ownership.
•Engineer Core Services: Develop high-performance backend services in Golang and collaborate on React frontends while managing complex gRPC communication.
•Integrate AI Capabilities: Partner with data science teams to implement Gen AI features and advanced search functionality to enhance fraud detection accuracy.
•Optimize Data & Infrastructure: Oversee PostgreSQL optimization and manage cloud-native deployments within Azure Kubernetes (AKS).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,300 - 10,000 monthly
