Key Responsibilities

•Respond to IT incidents and requests at the main office and during visits to regional offices.
•Transfer requests and incidents to a more specialized level of support when necessary.
•Identify and document recurring problems and participate in implementing corrective measures.
•Collaborate with administrators and analysts (server, network, security, etc.) to resolve complex incidents and maintain infrastructure equipment.
•Develop relationships with office managers to understand IT challenges and address needs with your IT leader; participate in office deployment, relocation and renovation projects.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma
•5 years of relevant IT experience
•2-5 years of experience as a level 2 support technician
•Strong desire to serve and help users; excellent communication skills (oral and written)
•Ability to manage priorities and customer expectations
