Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for a full-stack engineering team delivering secure federal applications.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain backend services, REST APIs, data-access layers, and enterprise applications using Java and/or .NET.
  • •Build responsive front-end components including dashboards, reports, award views, signals, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • •Integrate open-source AI/ML models into secure applications, including model serving, inference, and evaluation, as appropriate.
  • •Establish and enforce secure development practices (coding standards, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, release-readiness) and implement security capabilities such as authentication, RBAC, audit logging, and data protection.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, including developing and supporting enterprise applications.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or .NET/C# for enterprise application development.
  • •Experience designing and building secure web applications and REST APIs, including backend services, data-access layers, and reusable front-end components.
  • •Experience integrating AI capabilities into software applications, including working with open-source AI/ML models or frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of application security concepts (authentication, RBAC, audit logging, accessibility) and modern development practices (Git, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, Agile).
