Job Summary

Partner with Product Designers and Engineers to turn ideas into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes. Build reusable design-technology capabilities, components, and internal tooling that improve consistency and scalability across the Product Design team. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (including AI-powered tools and modern development practices) to streamline workflows, strengthen implementation quality, and raise the technical craft of design organization-wide.

Key Responsibilities

•Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes to explore product concepts, validate user experiences, and communicate design direction.
•Develop reusable components, technical tooling, and shared capabilities to improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency across Product Design.
•Partner with Product Designers and Engineers to translate design intent into thoughtful, high-quality implementation.
•Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI capabilities, automation, and modern development practices to improve design workflows.
•Document best practices, mentor teammates, and drive adoption of new tools and workflows that elevate design quality and execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of experience in product design, front-end engineering, design systems, design technology, or related discipline working across both design and engineering.
•Experience building high-fidelity interactive prototypes using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (or similar frameworks).
•Experience developing reusable components, design systems, or internal tooling to improve team efficiency and product consistency.
•Familiarity with Figma and prototyping technologies plus modern software development workflows (version control and collaborative engineering practices), and experience using AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot.
•Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills to translate between design and engineering perspectives.
