Analyze provider claims using data mining and evidence gathering to support denials, recoveries, or recommendations for action. Prepare investigative reports and dashboards, participate in onsite audits and mystery shopping, and collaborate with internal teams and legal/regulatory authorities while maintaining confidentiality and high data governance standards.
