Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach and develop a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers to drive revenue growth
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enablement, Measurement, Insights, Creative Strategy, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance) to align strategy and targets
•Develop and execute account plans, manage complex partnerships, and advocate for Reddit with C-level clients
•Represent retail needs internally and drive sales narratives and initiatives aligned with client objectives
•Craft and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets and unlock opportunities within the Reddit advertising platform

Key Requirements
