Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver top talent across Monzo’s Tech teams by owning sourcing pipelines and finding exceptional candidates.
  • •Build strong candidate journeys from first conversation through to offer, ensuring a brilliant experience.
  • •Work with hiring managers to structure and run hiring processes, clarifying skills and assessment methods.
  • •Champion diversity and inclusion and make sure applicants feel valued, respected, and supported throughout outcomes.
  • •Use data to continuously improve recruiting processes and how they work across steps.
