Manager of Field Training

Own the overall new-representative training strategy and lead field-based training teams to ensure consistent onboarding, coaching effectiveness, and measurable performance impact. Partner with sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs, close performance gaps, and deliver programs spanning product, clinical, and selling skills. Establish curricula, learning materials, and coaching frameworks, track training effectiveness and ROI, and maintain strong field presence through visits and follow-up.
