Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal support across the full lifecycle of AMD data center transactions, including site selection, leasing, credit support transactions, and ongoing operations.
  • •Negotiate and support strategic partnerships and co-investment structures, including financing components, off-take arrangements, and third-party credit support mechanisms.
  • •Support capital markets and structured finance transactions that fund AMD data center and infrastructure programs, partnering with Treasury and Capital Markets on documentation and negotiations.
  • •Review and negotiate electricity infrastructure and supply agreements, including power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, and related utility arrangements.
  • •Advise on energy regulatory matters and market-specific risks affecting data center power procurement and operations, and coordinate outside counsel for delivery of complex deals.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive legal experience with complex commercial real estate, data center, or digital infrastructure transactions, ideally with experience alongside data center providers or hyperscalers.
  • •Experience supporting or advising on capital markets and structured finance transactions such as project finance, secured lending, securitization, or equipment financing.
  • •Energy and infrastructure experience, including electricity transactions, power purchase agreements, interconnection, and utility arrangements for data centers.
  • •Practical understanding of commercial real estate concepts including leasing, development, construction, lending, title, zoning, and land use.
  • •Juris Doctor (JD) preferred and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar desired.
